I’m sure you’re currently thinking: “Who are these guys, and why did they send me a cake?”
Great question.
We are Scotch Mist, a band from right here in New York City. The Cake is freshly baked, from Whole Foods in Williamsburg. Hope you enjoyed it (and didn’t throw it away). Anyways.
Simply put, we make Psychedelic Disco Rock Music. We’ve put out two albums independently: crybaby and Cabo Blanco. We’re currently finishing our next album, and this time we’d like to do it different– we want to release it with you.
As amazing as our music is, we still need to give it the best possible care when releasing it to the world. We’re looking for a label that can work with us to properly distribute it and help us promote it. Someone who really cares about the music, and understands how much work and care we’ve put into it (spoiler alert: A LOT).
Since you received a cake, that means that it could be you! We think that together we’d make a great team.
